Making a decision based on friendship

So here goes.....

Well lets think about friendship an what it stands for............

My understanding is that when you are friends with someone its what people call a forever lasting bond with that person. But what I have learned is that friendships are a for never lasting responsibility with a person whom over time you trusted with everything you know.

But my experience is not everyone's experience. Some friendships can go the mile through good and bad times.
My point is, if you and your friend are walking across a road and  out of no where a car comes and your friend decided not to jump out of the way but stay and take the hit because she/he is doesn't want to live life anymore would you also stand and take your life too?

Would you rather to die with your friend because of the years of friendship you both have together?

Would you stop your life just to please your friend?

Wouldn't you pull him/her along with you, because of the fact that you value life more that death?

If you answered yes to any of those questions then there is you answer . Your decisions shouldn't be because of what other people think but what you see and think of your future. No matter who that person is or what life history you both have your decisions shouldn't be based on them. Live your life and be yourself because your decisions aren't theres.

Wait With Faith

Dear reader,
I guess you are appalled to know the reason for me to write about FAITH but something sparked in me tonight. A story that inspired me and honestly as a young writer I must share my experiences with you so here goes.

Tonight I attended this weekly function and as the proposer spoke he mentioned the word Faith. He emphasized on the fact that with faith God would open his blessings unto you. Believe you me, I always don't exercise this motion of using my faith but tonight I realize through a friend that having faith and believing that God has a specific plan and purpose for your life is all you need do.

I realized that the more you ask for love and happiness the more God gives it you from different angles and perspectives that only your mind can comprehend and interpret your own happiness. Being the Christian that I am I believe in the fact that God has a specific journey that he wants you to take part in, with some of the most amazing people that come along for the ride. He allows to see people from different ways and from that you can determine who is right from wrong. It isn't always easy to decide who they are, it isn't always easy to keep the good ones but with Faith in God you are stronger and more confident in your choices.

My friend who used his faith tonight got the blessing of a lifetime. God sent a rainbow to his sky. If it wasn't for continuous praying, having Faith and trusting in God even when it seemed impossible he wouldn't have seen his biggest break through. Being his friend helped me to realized that I also can use my Faith in God to tap into my blessing of rainbows.

By now I am sure you would want to know what rainbows are but for the safety of myself I will leave that as a mystery to the few who don't know. But what I can say is life goes on even if there are no rainbows in your sky. They will come with a little faith and preparation. Because without preparation and continuous commitment life wont be as happy as you want it to be.

How do I know this you may be wondering?

But to answer you question I have tried faith without preparation and never have I seen those rainbows. So my advice to you is "Wait on God, have faith and prepare for blessings no matter how small or in what way. You never know when that Rainbow will grace your sky."
